    About warranty and return policy

    • Since most of the products on Croooober website are used parts, Croooober assumes no warranty for any of them.
    • All parts are being sold in the condition they are appearing on the pictures and as per the description. We strongly recommend you to read item description very carefully and inquire more details or clarification before you place an order. As per the store policy, order cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
    • All products description being offered is as a reference and there might be automated translation misleads or even mistakes, because an online translation tool is being used. If required we suggest you to inquire us for more information before proceeding with the order to avoid any issues.

    About delivery

    • In case of damage, we strongly recommend you to send us evidence pictures along with package inner and outer appearance where it is clearly possible to confirm the damage, and file a damage claim to shipping company within 7 days after delivery is performed.
      In case of parcel loss, we recommend you to contact us sending your order and tracking number within the time-frame stated in Claim directory.
    • EMS offers 20,000 JPY free insurance in case of damage or loss. If you wish to include an additional insurance cost, please contact us before you place an order.
      DHL Express and FedEx are offering limited insurance program in case of damage or loss, and it is necessary to purchase additional coverage in order to insure the entire order amount.
    • As per the shipping company rules, transportation of airbags, chemical goods, any type of liquid, engines and transmissions, compressed gases etc. is forbidden, that is why we are not able to arrange their overseas delivery. We recommend you the following links as a reference:

    • Please be informed neither SAL nor Surface offers free insurance for any damage or loss. If you would like to include an insurance, please contact us before placing an order.

    About part stock

    • The part stock information online is not being updated in real-time. In case if the item has been sold out at the store by the time of your payment, the store will proceed with order cancellation and full refund.

    Black list policy

    • Croooober reserves its right to add to black list any user, who does not meet the company rules and policy. All blocked accounts will be deactivated without possibility of recovery. Blocked users will not be able to proceed with any orders placed even without signing in account.
